Bereiding

OVEN: Take 2 fillets out of the packs, place them on some paper parchment on a suitable oven tray and cook them for 18 minutes at 200°C (20 minutes for 4 fillets).
STOVE: Take a fillet out of the pack and cook it in a big enough pre-heated pan with 1 TBS of oil (or butter) on low heat with a lid for 10 minutes turning them every so often (12 minutes and 2 tbs of oil for 2 fillets).
MW: Take the fillet out of the pack, place it on a mw safe plate and cook it for 3 minutes at 750W (5 minutes for 2 fillets)


Bewaaradvies

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
